So...Voices in This Game?Yeah or Nah?

Saw the "Voice Volume" feature in the setting/preferences tab. Is there voice acting in this game (or visual novel,VN) at all or not? The VN seems like it says so,its store page says it has full audio in it (maybe "full audio" refers to the background themes and sound effects only,I dunno,whatever). Hey,I don't mind when there aren't any voices.The music is wonderful,but don't just mention "voice" like that. Just wondering,thanks. Peace,peeps. Cheerios....
