says on steam comes out on 24th, its the 28th and it still says 24th and no game?

Hello I bought EEP 13 EXPERT which is in English and I am looking at buying EEP 14 EXPERT. I want to make sure that EEP 14 is in English as well. Nothing against Germany but I am here to enjoy a simulation, not learning a new language :) Thanks so much !

I have been trying to buy the EEP 14 bundle with the expert DLC included at 10% discount. Unfortunately Steam won't let me buy it telling me "you are attempting to purchase an item that is already included in another packaged item in your cart". As the only thing included in my cart is the bundle which contains the basic EEP 14 and the expert DLC, I am confused. I emptied the cart about 3 times then tried again with the same results even, when I tried Internet Explorer instead of the Steam client. I debate...
