If we own previous Vegas / MAGIX products, will we receive a discount?

When I try to play a video with VPX9, only audio is heard. All the source and program monitor windows are black. No video is seen on any screen or window. On the other hand VPX8 works fine. I can see the video and hear the audio. I tried all different options on program settings. Video modes. Nothing worked? Any idea? ...

How can I solve this issue ?

I got vegas pro 14 from the $20 humble bundle. I wonder how the pros and cons compare between video pro x9 and vegas pro 14??

Yush, i just wondering what is lates Sony Vegas software what still can buy or are there any plan in this company do any more new Vegas softwares? Or are thease "VEGAS Pro 15 Edit Steam Edition" last version of Sony Vegas Pro? I just ask say this because, im not instrested to buy or use any Magix version or company of video edit software. I just want to buy only Sony Vegas series, thanks....
