Fun game mechanics, boatloads of content. Too bad I can't access a single player game that is fully installed on my pc when ubisoft connect is down. If I select "go offline" it just repeats the same thing. I don't care what problems Ubisoft has, they have my money, I want access to the game. I obviously can't recommend that someone else buy a game that is currently unplayable. Even if it's back up when you are reading this, it could go down again.

It was always an option to make this game playable without direct access to ubisoft connect. I will not accept any excuse as worth the price of an A-list game. Piracy is not my problem. The 60 USD I could have spent on a game that doesn't do this nonsense is. Don't make my mistake. Just spend your money on one of the thousands of games that don't have to make lame excuses for being tied to a faulty launcher.

Absolutely adore the game, but Ubisoft launcher often makes it unplayable.
