True ending?

Hello, well i played the game and finished for the first time, the ending was sad but beautiful, but the problem is the true ending, because when u finish the game for the first time, you can choose an option, this option update the game and you can get more endings (more bads than goods). The problem that i have is i do all of things to have a good ending, but i only get the awful ending of the main character. I have the 70% of progress (i can see that in the main menu) but i don't know how can i do, beca...
