So after toying the last several days of trying to find a solution for getting the Steam version to freshly activate currently, I gave up. The "GOG fix" definitely works flawlessly however but finding the necessary files and/or someone that owned the GOG version I could snag them from proved a pain in the @$$, but alas, I finally got them. Immediately after getting eye shine in EFBB, it appears to constantly be active even when not crouched. This causes the lights to get extremely bright and the game is impossible to play. Disabling SSAO just makes everything dark. Any idea where I should go from here? It’s all on steam deck, linux....

Just go over the top of the original games with UE5 and I think this could be perfect...
