Here's a thought, if you want to sell a BILLION copies...
Keep the tight snappy Twin Stick shooting and the unique "Diablo-style" loot hunt and skill trees the make Neon Chrome 1One so fun to play, but this time, have it take place in a DYSMANTLE (also an ATF) style open world. Replace the zombies and wilderness with a dystopian police state, neon soaked buildings, and urban blight. Also having a similar crafting system where you use the bits you shot off security bots and "Peace Enforcement" drones to craft and upgrade your gear, and maybe even build a base, or safe house, or corporate hq, or revolutionary guerrilla base, or whatever the plot would dictate.
The world needs an Isometric Twin Stick Cyberpunk+Diablo x (Neon Chrome/Dysmantle) Loot-Shooter, and with your TWIN-STICK skills on lock, you're just the ones to make it.
I own it on GOG but I didn't see anything specific here or there.
(I always buy DRM free if available)
