A message to all my friends, here in the 57CG.

The unit will fully cease ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ activity on the following Sunday, 1st July. That said, it will likely be futile to continue it past this message.

It's been a good run and I and many others have worked their ass off for this unit, but everything dies eventually. This is the units end, but not ours.

The 57CG was setup as a community first, that wanted to play Arma together. Disbanding the unit DOES NOT mean disbanding the community. While I don't talk or play games outside of Arma with you guys much, I know many of you play and chat as the community we created, this will not go away. I'm sure.

I consider all of you friends and having met many of you, shared drinks and beds, I know that won't end here.

A huge thank you to Piper, Neon and Cadias for their administration and mission work.

To Scooter, Mega, Mono, Hex and Cecium for creating missions for us to play.

Mike, Matthews, Hobo, Darude and Eclipser for giving up free time to help in various ways. Be it recruiting, website making or making a File Transfer replacement.

To Mac for occasionally doing the attendance but mostly for his excellent contribution of screenshots.

To everyone else for giving us the chance to entertain you with our overly difficult missions, tedious trainings and share of good laughs.


Here's to starting the 57CG again when Arma 4 releases.


I would like as many people as possible to remain in the steam group. Maybe we can organise some events for various games. Maybe even plan out that big meetup at some point.
