♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Steam Group for the LVLmeup Community

It is with a heavy heart to pass on the news that the servers will be closing in January. This community spans back way before I was part of it, and has a ton of history going back years and years through different names and owners. I along with a few others decided to keep the community going after the previous owner shared similar news of wanting to move on. I have been doing this for just about 2 years and now it is time for me to move on to some different things in life. I couldn't properly put into words the impact this community has had on me since I first joined it, I met a ton of people that I would now consider to be some of the best friends I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Along with this I couldn't forget to mention the countless weeks worth of laughs and happy memories.

The main reason the servers are shutting down are financial, for a long time ads paid to keep the servers up, recently the revenue from ads have been too low and we have been paying out of pocket, the servers just don't populate as well as they used to and TF2 is not the same game it was 2 years ago.

I made a ton of mistakes, said things I regret, and learned a lot about myself (both good, and bad) all through a little gaming community I stumbled on one day looking for a TF2 server. Thank you all for being a part of this community and I hope others were able to share experiences similar to mine.

The servers will close sometime in mid January, the steam group will stay up as well as the discord server.

To Sleep, you are my rock and have helped me through so much in my personal life, you will always be one of the best friends I have ever met.

To Dan, thanks for always making me laugh and for telling me the things I needed to hear. love the ♥♥♥♥ out of you homie.

To all of our admins, thank you for all the hard work and countless hours of demos recorded to help keep the servers maintained purely out of the kindness of your heart.

This place and the time I spent here will be something I remember and cherish my whole life, it was truly a wonderful experience.
