***Faction Leaders --- Please repost this announcement in your groups as soon as you read it***

SWRP has been reset. The map remains unchanged, for those of you who have seen it on my photobucket account. I still need to update this group's map link, and the Republic's map link, I believe... so many things to do...
At any rate, Tier is reset. Everybody begins with one Starting Fleet which may contaih a maximum of 200 ships total, and may contain no more than 20 of the faction-in-question's Dreadnought warships (dreadnoughts being any class of ship measuring 2 kilometers-or-more in length, and/or the faction's largest design of ship --- even if this design spans less than 2,000 meters). All factions start with this fleet, and no special capitalships (including modifications of existing designs) or ground forces. Production is frozen until Noon tomorrow, Central Time (UTC -6:00) / 1:00 tomorrow, Eastern Time (UTC -5:00). No Ground Forces or ships of any sort may be produced until then. Faction Leaders also have until this time to post the announcements detailing their Starting Fleets and to show them to me. Once production is no longer frozen, tomorrow, they may split the Starting Fleet up or add more ships to it as they please.
