Adjusted officers and mods

Hi all,

I just did adjust Officers and moderators. I have no doubt I make mistakes so I list here the intended roles. Post replies etc to correct me and I'll adjust it.

Owner: Me, in future to be Helen or SR representive.
Officers: SR Admins
Mods: Owners of Communities
Members: Community Admins & Trusted Sellers & SR MM's.

The intent is to let Owners of Community's add their own admins as members to this group. To have this group as a list of admins to directly be able to chat with other community or SR admins in between, without the need to add each and every admin to their friends list.

As such, the group needs to keep below 150 members. (at 150 and more members, no direct chat can be made with other members of the group)

Thank you for your work around, lets keep things in order :)

If everybody appears offline v2 (yeah, you Chaos)

its not them, its you. Please just go to your Friendslist and set it to "appear offline" and then to "appear online" again. that will solve your side of things.

If you are chatting with somebody, and they cannot reply back, this is the same deal, can be on both sides a login issue with steam.

This "problem" is a result of:
- Valve adding new deals
- loads of ppl loading Steam in anticipation of the new deals.
- Steam being over-taxed, it craps out, resulting in above. solution is also above.
