Well it was a good sessions of battles for those who were able to make it. I would have liked to play in some more, but sadly I was suffering fro the dreaded 'AT&T is sorry, but service in your area is being impacted' error. I hope that everyone had fun. Please post comments on here as to where int he world we should focus the next Capture the world Event. Australia? Africa? South America? Give your thoughts on this last event if you attended and offer suggestions for the next one!

I would like to offer a big thanks to Gin815, who is this week's Member of the week. Going over the recent history, Gin815 has played a significant role in increasing our membership and helping spread interest in UAW:EA by passing out invites to the group.

As anyone can tell you, no community can survive, especially a gaming community, without people. Gin815 has helped in growing this one.

I would like to give recognition out to members as time goes on for helping the community grow and getting involved within the group. Perhaps we can look to schedule a chat were we can discuss battle strategy or future group plans. Feel free to add your thoughts and ideas!

I wanted to give everyone time to get some good play into the game and get familiar with their faction of choice. The event has been scheduled to start on 1/23 at around Noon. I look forward to seeing everyone there!

Please remember that this is a global interface. It randomly chooses opponents based on what region you choose to battle in.

Perhaps we should have people suggest an area to stick to? North or South America? Europe? Africa? How about we toss around ideas and come to an agreement here so we are set?

Go ahead and post the area you think we should battle within then we can improve our chances of getting games in group. We'll discuss the suggestions and come to a decision as a group prior to the 1/23 Event!

Well, I had some battles won. Other battles lost. All in all I would say it was a lot of fun. I hope that everyone who attended had fun as well.

People should post any thoughts or comments on items, actions or tasks we could add to make this all more interesting or drawn more people in. If you have any ideas, please post them as comments to this announcement.
