City 12 is a Half-Life 2 Roleplaying community, that allows people from all over to come together and empower the creativity and imagination of the mind, to allow them to create and develop there characters with other people. Letting their Team-Work and Co-Operation enhance and expand there characters lives. From the start you can actually have any personality you would ever want to play out, and within that environment watch your character grow and learn as you will in knowledge and experience.
