เกี่ยวกับ NoDRM

No way, no how, no third-party DRM!

This group opposes games that are using additional DRM software. These violate the basic Steam principle that games remain in the user account even after uninstalling them, only a click away.

This group in no way endorses piracy of any kind.

The Valve policy is now to disclose DRM usage on relevant store pages. However, the information provided is not always consistent with what is included with the games.

As of today, I've officially moved The Big List of 3rd Party DRM on Steam to the PC Gaming Wiki:

Alongside this transition, I'm also stepping down as a maintainer of the NoDRM group... not that I really did much, but you get the idea.

Thanks for the support! I trust that the list is in good hands at the PCGW, and I hope the community will continue to do good work alongside them.

New image/description

I hate to do this without the actual admins' permission, but I decided to edit the group image as well as the group description. The image comes from The Big List of 3rd Party DRM on Steam (thanks Cheeseness!) and the text was edited to be more clear of the group's purpose without uncited statements or other bias.

If there's something wrong with the changes, please let me know.

Copy it outside of the Steam folder, exit Steam and try to run it. If Steam doesn't autostart and it runs, then it should be DRM-free.

I want to test the games I've bought on Steam to find out which ones I can play without the need for Steam or any other client program. How can I test this out on the same computer?
