Well I kinda agree, since most of the people post just, insane and DISGUSTING things. But this game deserves a very well-known and good community.

I hate that this game is underated, but atleast the community is good even if it's a poor amount of people. This game should be known by everyone.

I don't play many Jrpg franchises but Ys is one of the rare exceptions. I absolutely love the music and game play!

I've played a little bit of Ys I. And the games I completed are Ys Oath in Felghana, Ys Origin, and I played all the way the the japanese version of Ys VIII Lacrimosa of Dana.

I have played Ys I & II (Several versions), Origin, Oath in Felghana, Ark of Napishtim, Ys III: Wanderers from Ys (SNES), Ys Seven and I will also play VIII.

Hey folks. Next to Dragon Quest, Ys is my favorite RPG series and I've been a fan of it since the early 2000s- I had no idea what I was missing out on 'til I stumbled upon it. I discovered it first with the wonderful PC Engine remake of Ys I & II and, since then, I've played nearly every game in the series. My favorite is a tie between Ys II on the PCE and the first title's X68000 port.

Good to meet other faces that also love the series as I do!

Hey everyone. Thought I might introduce myself. I adore this series. The first I played was Ys three on the SNES and I remember it because of the soundtrack. I didn't find out it was a series until much later and after playing through the first two in the series I am in love.

Hello. I thought i might try out this game (ys chronicles 1) and it was amazing. Hard to get used to the bumb system at the start but after a while it was immensly satisfying. The only real bad thing about the game was the last boss. The Dark Fact. Took me 100+ tries to beat him (i was using silver equipment by the way). But tha was because i thought rings didn't work on bosses so after a while i quickly changed to the power ring and he was dead in a few tries. Really fun game i recomend to people who liked the old school final fantasy made by square soft (not enix).

Hello everyone, i just joined the group. I started playing Y's with the The Ark of Napishtim on the PS2, not even knowing it was a series. I've played almost all the others by now in the order of Seven (PSP), Oath (PSP), Origins(PC), and then finally the just remasterd I & II+. I can't wait for the Celceta to come out next.

Ys Seven was my reason for buying a PSP, and still in my opinion the best action game for the system. I think it suffered from a little too much generic...ism? but my hope is that with Falcom essentially going back and raking in money from all their older games, they will be reminded why people liked the series to begin with; it stood OUT from other fantasy games.

Don't miss, ys 1 & 2 are 15 percent off till valentine's day. for those that missed it on the psp (of course, not me, but still getting it) this is a great intro to why the series has gone on for this long. Plus, it's friggin' hard.

Hi everyone, I decided to join this group because I just LOVE Ys games (and because I think Adol is so cute in that picture <3). The first Ys I have played was The Oath in Felghana and that game got me immediately hooked on the Ys series. I wonder why there's so few people in this group?? This world needs more Ys lovers!!
