You can hold " F " to keep picking items up and can hold shift to apply wallpapers to a whole room. Save your fingers a bit.

Outside of all the current bugs and the fact that it is still only early access and only has at most half of the content of the full game, it is quite good. But if you are looking to buy the game and not too sure, i would say go ahead or at least wait a until a larger portion of the bugs are fixed.

With nearly 150 hours on the clock, i must say that the game does have its fair share of problems and is not a game for everyone.
With that said, i would say at the moment, the game isn't entirely worth what it is, once some of the issues have been fixed, especially the connectivity ones, i would reccomend giving it a go, once the main problems have been resolved first though.
But if you're fine with going through and completing the game solo, by all means go for it, and once you get a feel for the game it gets a lot more enjoyable.
