Yeah this is definitely a game

unironically the worst video game ever made

Wide as an ocean, shallow as a pond; Forza Horizon 5 offers a beautiful map and tons of cars. The catch? There's nothing to do! I just dont find myself enjoying this game anymore.

There are so many issues with this game I don't know where to start really

-Incredibly dated car models, some are from a game so old the model is approaching age of consent, and look awful with their Xbox era proportions, badly hidden by what I assume was spamming the subdivision modifier in blender.
-Devs outright lied about "upgrading models" of cars
-Devs hyped up their dedication to actual proper engine sounds, definitely an improvement over FH4 but still terrible, still tons of reused sounds
-Missing tons of BASIC QOL features
-Devs have gone out and outright acknowledged the dozens of convertible cars that did not have the feature as advertised, and said they WILL NOT be fixing it
-Series and seasonal rewards are as lackluster as you could imagine, including but not limited to: Cars you get at the start of the game, cars that cost 50k credits on the autoshow, the same car from last week!
-The recent "World Cup" series has been nothing but a slap in the face, forcing you to use ONE SPECIFIC CAR from each country, creating horrible balance. Even worse? The prize cars can all be bought on the autoshow, nothing unique or exciting to work for!
-Numerous occasions where a seasonal challenge (TREASURE CHESTS COUGH) were outright broken, devs couldnt be bothered to fix them

To summarize: This game is nothing but a cash grab, it feels like FH4 with better graphics and a new map. The devs have been lazy, outright disrespectful, and have shown 0 interest in fixing this mess of a game. The devs have 0 passion or interest for cars or car culture, the dialogue in this game is utterly horrible, the injection of random spanish words in english speaking feels cringy and almost racist!

I feel I've rambled here, but hopefully you get what im saying; this game sucks, the devs are disrespectful, don't know anything about car culture, and have interpreted it as this weird millionaire influencer playground. I can't stand this game

added easy anti cheat to ban modded clients that the majority of the player base use to add basic QOL features the devs haven't bothered to add
