sorry, I was thinking of lichdom; battlemage....it is a different game - you get commendations the further you get along the story line in shadow's of mordor....

What is a mage sphere? Hey, are we talking about the same game? I'm talking about Shadow of Mordor. I've never seen a mage sphere... :/ Please, clarify.

in options gameplay there is a difficulty setting...make sure you hit apply or save so that your difficulty is actually changed. The downside of doing highest difficulty is you can only have 3 mage spheres trained up. So I beleive it would set the others to 1...you might not want that.
