After all the patches and fixes, it's a solid game.

Pros:
Looks fantastic, runs well
Combat musics goes HARD
Multiple ways to play your V and make your own story

Cons:
Driving cars is awful. How is it possible to make a motorcycle good and cars just be absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? (apparently there are mods for this)
The radio is mostly garbo as well.
You need to plan for certain aspects of your build, which will lock you into/out of certain options and gameplay choices. Unfortunately these skillchecks scale so if you can't pass this skillcheck at 7 now, it's going to be 13 later and you might still not have the points for it.

About 100ish hours for a full clear + a little side fun.

Definitely got the money's worth out of it.
