"This game is not suitable for children, or those who are easily disturbed."

Those were the words the devs said to us before playing the game. They were not lying.

As with most visual novels, you start by entering your name. It may be Greg, Grego, Gregory, Jeff, whatever floats your boat. Then a fresh start on your way to charm girls like your childhood friend/neighbor. A shy and mysterious bookworm. A loli otaku who loves to bake. And the good ol' club president. And what's a better way to charm these girls in the literature club than to make poems for them?

Choices were great but what really stood out was the poem making. The game makes you choose topics on about what poem you would want to write. Now, each heroine has her own poem preference. Choose "fluffy", plus points to loli otaku. Choose "Vivid", plus points to shy and mysterious bookworm. And so on.

The story was exceIlent. I was engrossed while playing, probably too much. Hard choices like accepting the confession of heroine 'A' or rejecting her for heroine 'B'. Further down the road, you'll just encounter another choice prompt, and will make you stop, and think "What's the point". And I meant that in a good way. The poems that the heroines share to you are top notch. You can tell that every poem was constructed superbly to depict the traits of each heroine.

If you're still reading up to here, you're wasting your time. So do yourself a favor, click Install, spare 500mb of disk space for this amazing game, don't read any guides/ walkthroughs, start as blank as a blank sheet of paper. Just know that the game isn't finished yet until you see the end credits. If you got the cash, buy the fan dlc to support the devs and for the bittersweet piano soundtrack. The gimmicks were remarkable, everything becomes surreal. It's like fighting psycho mantis in mgs. Definitely one of the "Games that I wish I could play again for the first time.".

At first glance Beglitched looks like a simple match-3 game with colorful visuals and cutesy sprites, when in fact, is so much more than that.

Beglitched is a puzzle game where you play as the "stranger" who found the "Glitch Witch's" Laptop from a super sekrit hiding place. Congrats. Now you start your adventure by taking the place of the Glitch Witch to bomb hackers, fix forums, run away from dogs and deliver cat pictures, all while learning the secrets of the Glitch Witch in the process.

The "how to play the game" is simple.

You travel around computer networks to dig up for items/rabbits/coins, Minesweeper style.

Battle Mechanic(Match-3):
Activate Computer nodes to find the enemy location. Then blow up the enemy with a bomb.
Sounds easy right?
Now comes in the Energy and Cycle Management.
Each time you move a tile or activate a node/bomb, you consume 1 cycle.
When activating nodes or triggering a bomb, you spend energy.
You lose health when you activated a node with the enemy inside it or when everytime the cycle ends.
I won't go in-depth on this because all these are demonstrated/stated in the tutorial.

All of these become more complex through the course of the game. Complex Puzzles that really make you think. You'll encounter enemies immune to bombs, glitchy computer networks that doesn't seem to have any entry/exit. A bit frustrating at times, but very satisfying when you solve the puzzles, which, I think, is how puzzle games should be.

Another thing worth the praise are the Glitch Witch's secret notes. It tells you how the Glitch Witch spends her free time. From being fascinated from the flushing sound of the toilet, to her opinions about lies in life. This gets you immersed in the story and wonders who the Glitch Witch is, which motivates you to try and attempt to uncover where the Glitch Witch is, and why did she give her job to someone else.

Overall, this is an excellent puzzle game.
Low Replayability. Good soundtracks. Cutesy Visuals.
One of the indie games that, for me, feels "fresh".
Recommended to anyone who likes puzzles or just plain want to try something new. Give it a try.

First Impression was, "Oh, a free VN, probably not that good because usually free things are a waste of time, but hey I got time to spare, and i haven't played a VN in a while."

I've been proven wrong.

This VN although free, is surprisingly good.
The story feels great, historical samurai stuff, kinda like the anime Oda Nobuna no Yabou.
The art is a little unproportional, (eye sizes, head to body proportions etc.) but it maybe be one its charms.

This game is censored, but it's free. Worth playing if you like visual novels.
If this game released a dlc or something that turns this game to the uncensored one, I would legitly buy it.
