First of all, I want to mention that I come from a background of hero shooters and CS-like games, with over 1k hours in titles like TF2, Overwatch, and more than 2k hours in CS and Apex Legends. I’ve also played over 100 hours in Valorant and a bit of Marvel Rivals. Just to give you an idea of the types of shooters I’ve been playing over the years, and all of them in higher ranks. However, I’m not really a competitive ranked player because most of my friends prefer more casual play.

I really wanted to like this game because the concept is cool, but there are a lot of things that, when I look closely, just feel mediocre. The movement feels a bit off in many situations, and only the snipers seem to have decent gunplay. The SMGs and shotguns feel underwhelming. Most of the characters’ abilities are okay, but none really stood out to me as "wow, that’s a cool character."

The bigger issue, though, is how frustrating the rounds feel. It often seems like you don’t have the right cards to counter the enemy’s cards, or they just have better cards unlocked overall. To me, it feels like the game wanted to be more casual due to the RNG mechanics but is trying to also be competitive at the same time, which just doesn’t work. It could be fun to play with friends for a few hours, but it’s not the kind of game I’d want to grind ranked in right now.

found out some hours later that ranked at diamond rank has a much better card system with bans makes it little bit better but also not that much that i would say i like it much at the moment

allot of better fps roguelikes on the market for the price

good fun game with allot of normal and mod content.
