Shame on you, GGG!

For a company with so many paying customers, your customer support is beyond disappointing—it's downright miserable and unacceptable. We’ve been waiting for answers to our questions for days with no response. Many of us have spent hundreds of euros and dollars to support you, only to be treated with a complete lack of respect.

My case is beyond ridiculous. I purchased your game through Steam and spent around 40 hours playing. For some unknown reason, Steam refunded the purchase, and my account was suspended. I’ve since repurchased the game, but I’m still locked out. I even had to create a second account just to try and contact you!

I know you don’t resolve issues through the forum, but I want you to know how deeply frustrating and unacceptable this is—not just for me, but for many others as well.
