crashes on starting looked up a fix saw it didnt got fixed since 2018 gg -1 euro fck ubisoft

this game was super chill and fun but since the new 1.50 update in may it sucks the performance is ass the loading screens always gets stuck and the menu sound repeats the same 2 seconds for 10 min untill it loads the game crashes every time you enter a city and the new menu looks clean but is way more complicated than bevore and no its not because my pc sucks i have a 4070 and a ryzen 9 and 32 gb ram and its installed on a m.2 and i have no mods and i verfied the game multiple times if someone has a fix pls comment

Cool game but I'm stuck on Episode 2 the Jango fight after I defeat him and the cutscene I have to fight him again and he becomes invincible and theres a bug were all the faces get deleted and you can only see the head colour and also theres a bug were in the middle of cutscenes it becomes blackscreen and you need to restart the game.
