Before playing, I read the reviews and kind of knew what I might be getting into with bugs/abandoned game, but as I'm going through completing my library, I decided to give it a go anyhow.

Only chapter 1 is "completed" and playable and all the achievements were available for me to get, with a bit of extra work. Others in reviews mentioned needing to edit their registry to progress. Thankfully I was able to gather each key and unlock to the next area with no issue.

The game only triggered awarding me 1 achievement the first time I played (and completed the chapter).
Taking the suggestion in a guide to visit the bedroom after going back into EVERY unlocked area/room each time, the next time I played the chapter, worked as far as unlocking the rest of the achievements. Sometimes I would need to exit and restart, other times they would trigger as I entered the back of the unlocked bedroom.

I wouldn't suggest purchasing or bothering to play unless you reaallllly want achievements/completion and don't mind the added hassle to get them.
If you do, I'd follow one of the posted guides to help save time. Even if you don't the chapter is pretty straightforward (find key/code - open door, repeat), uneventful and short.

I feel that this game is best played with friends, but you can always jump on a server and play the many variety of party games with random folks as well.
When i first started playing the plaza was a bit bare but had buildings in place for future activities. In the last year a couple of those places have been released into the game, as well as regular updates to activities already in place (most recently the casino and fishing).

The game does require a lot of grinding in a sense to earn your currency, but I still find it to be a good time. I absolutely love that they have now introduced workshop creation into the game. You can browse tons of pre-made items or be artsy and create your own. It's super easy to change your characters look now with the workshop. In game item skins do require a bit of work and it's not well explained, however.

Just as a note: Tower Unite is intensive to run and loading times can be kind of long. Make sure you have the system requirements!

The developers are vocal on Steam about updates and changes and post weekly developer logs to keep you in the loop!

Not very much of a game (takes about 5 minutes time). Easy completion and 1 achievement. Even though there isn't much to do in this, the music and art are absolutely beautiful. The ending wasn't what I was expecting - I was shocked! :D

I started this game and thought it was really cute for a horror/jump scare game....went through a bunch of rooms and realize it was all a LIE. I have had this for a couple years and I'm at a point where I have to stop playing and regrow my lady balls before I go back and try again...and again. One day I will win! A great cheap game for those of you looking to test your bladders :P
