This is the best video game ever made

This is honestly just incredibly good fun for no good reason. Incredible experience alone, multiplayer, sober, drunk, etc etc. Pretend to be a trucker. Push people off the road. Just one more lane of highway will fix it, we totally promise this time guys.

Easily one of the must buys on steam to play with friends, even just solo. With all of the content from L4D1 included, and insane modding potential, this is one of the best multiplayer shooters one could ever play. Nothing since has recaptured this lightning in a bottle, and people tried. They failed, pretty badly at that (Looking at you, Back 4 Blood!).

I hate Activision and I hate this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ launcher that just doesn't work properly. The games themselves are usually serviceable depending on which one you play, but Activision being Activision and the dogass launcher makes this a big old [EXTREMELY LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER]

Don't. Seriously.

Unless you play on a PvE server, or do a private dedicated server with a decently sized group of friends, absolutely DO NOT.

I'm only gonna talk about pre 1.0 B&S for this review for now, and update it for post 1.0 when I actually get the chance to play it lol.

Generally, Blade and Sorcery is one of the few VR games that has felt like it rightfully deserves not only a price tag, but to call itself a game. The VR market is still relatively new, and absolutely full of asset flip slop, and in the absolute sea of said slop, B&S was one of the first games to stand out as an actual quality product. Not only having really solid combat, a cool spell system, and a handful of cool maps, it was always fun to play around with. later on they added their dungeon mode, which only made the whole game that much better. On top of the devs just generally making an excellent game, the incredible mod scene for it enhances it tenfold. With an excellent base game, as well as mods like Outer Rim, Tools of the Trade, and countless others adding anything you can think of make it one of the best vr games on the market.

Solid game, best experienced with friends. You can play it casually and mess around, or you can get way too deep and create engineering marvels that, frankly, should put some of these people on lists for how insane they are. Any space engineer player with over like 3,000 hours should keep an eye on their inbox for lockheed martin job offers.

Despite the amount of jokes about the grind and crafting times, which are ABSOLUTELY REAL, don't get me wrong, The game is really fun. It gets even more fun when you play with your friends and experience the grind together. With over 10 years of content, and more coming literally constantly, you'll always have something to do. Digital Extremes has managed to keep this game alive and popular for 11 whole years, which has really GOT to count for something

VERY good game, I'm not gonna make this one long winded, because especially for Elden Ring, I believe that everyone should experience it themselves in their own way. Wholly, Wholly recommend, despite the absolute challenge. I was really bad at soulslike games before i picked this up, and now I'm at least able to play the game. Pick it up, try it, see if it's something that's for you!

This is solidly probably my favorite game, period. They took time, fixed the game after maybe the most infamous ♥♥♥♥♥♥ launch of ALL TIME, and pulled a massive 180 into one of the best experiences I've probably ever had. I entirely recommend it for anyone who likes the cyberpunk aesthetic, or especially if they really liked edgerunners. CDPR really cooked here
