Pretty fun, amazed that I get like 600 fps on ultra graphic without frame generation

Graphic is good but not my style with the punk theme, Graffiti and all that stuff. Will still play just less likely to spend money

Game could be much more popular, it deserves more attention from gamers.

Even if the game is free2play, the quality isn't up to par for a 2022 launch. The sound is just terrible and the netcode/animation is so janky looking.

I sorry but there so many quality free2play games that this maybe would of been good 4 years ago but now we have games like PUBG, CSGO, Valorant, Apex Legends, Rogue Company, Fortnite, Warzone. Soon Overwatch 2. This game just feels worse than a mobile game.

No audio sound from behind which really ruins this game which was also an issue in the Technical Preview. There is multiple post on their forums about it back then and even now but still not fixed.

Update 1: I also have lost so much performance during this live beta service, average around 70-80 fps but was getting like 120+ fps during Technical Preview which makes no sense

Update 2: Game is now crashing mid-match each time when I try to play today and my third mid-match crash was a hard crash that require me force restart my PC

Not sure what happened, I was impressed during the Techincal Preview but the horrible downgrade in performance and was hoping for audio fix when the game launch is such a super disappointment

Seeing a lot of negative reviews and most try to list all the negative which most of them are honestly minor issue, at least for me.

The main issues this game have is poor performance and no voip. I think majority of PC gamers will have a hard time running this game hence the overall hate which is basically more than enough reason to dislike the game. I wouldn't recommend the game if your computer is unlikely to run the game properly. You can always try the game for 10 hours with EA Play yourself and make your own judgement. While its $5 for EA Play, it also have 10% discount, so the game ends up cheaper in total.

On the positive side, definitely only recent fps shooter I been able to enjoy since CODMW 2019. My favorite Battlefield games were Battlefield 2142, Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 1. I have a 5900x CPU and GTX 1070 Ti and get average of 80 fps on medium 1080p in All Out War which looks great overall on my computer.

While the game doesn't have your standard scoreboard, it still shows your own kills and squadmate kills and you can see the total kills/assist of each of the other squad. Maybe not ideal compare to what people are used to but it also not that big of a deal since how well you do as an individual is so limited in a 128 player war where an actual squad would be able to do so much more with objective. End of match screen shows your placement and your squad placement.

The game is really fun and definitely get Battlefield vibe and moments. I also feel like most complaints seem like most people just want infantry only game as vehicle hate always seem to be a thing in all Battlefield reviews.

Game definitely didn't launch in a good state but still very playable and fun so if you itching for a new shooter I recommend trying the EA Play 10 Hour trial first and making your own judgement and if you don't mind not getting 100+ fps to enjoy a game.

I grew up on Battlefield games always around 70 fps in each game so its like all the same to me.

missions are insanely tedious compare to other battle royales games and if you are aimming for level 100, I can see people needing to spend like 4 hours+ per day
- requires you to play certain maps when they just release vikendi
- survival experience is insanely long to cap 4800 (I think its 8 hours survival time as 2 hour survival real-time only gave me 1000. 4800 is just half a level)
- do tasks that just basically pointless such as shoot 300 ammo of UZI in single match 5x
- some of the missions don't even work
- dont bother with beginner mission as everyone doing it right now and you will get massive fps drops

Ring of Elysium is a high quality free2play game.
It has lots of neat features and quality of life mechanics which makes it much more enjoyable compare to other Battle Royale games. They have updated animations and always doing lots of optimization to the game.

Gunplay is similar to PUBG but much less recoil and bullet travel/drop which makes combat much faster in my opinion.

Mobility in this game is great with the option to Glide/Snowboard/Zipline which give the game unqiue tactics how you engage other people and the mobility to travel the map quickly.

Looting is fast with auto equip mods. Swapping weapon during looting also transfer mods to the new weapon so looting air drops is like instant.

You spend less time looting and running and more time to fight other players not worrying about the zone.

The only real downside is the helicopter phase where everybody camps and it almost become a healing war and put people at a disadvantage if they want to play aggressive.
It is not that bad playing aggressive as the snow/helicopter cover for sound and the fog/snow effect makes it harder to see. Just require you to adapt to this situation hence I carry lots of frag grenade/firstaids for this phase. Would like to see adjustment for the helicopter phase because the rest of the game is great.

UPDATE:
Having play multiple seasons now, the game is still enjoyable but population been decreasing fast which very noticable when trying to queue if you try to play in the morning of your region.

Some of the good point is the multiple major updates, giving us DirectX12 which optimize the framerate and enchance the graphic greatly. They even overhaul the animations once again really giving it a more polish look to the game. 3D Audio etc.

Gunplay been tweak slightly but still overall easy to control spray. They do try to add more gameplay features with vehicle upgrades and more loadout options. One major issue is the map is way too big , has a 60 max player count and majority of the players hot dropping high tier loot area therefore making combat rare. Basically half the server dies at the start so your only combat is if you spawn with others or at the end of the game basically.

I do hope they sort this issues and promote the game more but maybe it is too late since battle royale genre is been dropping and anything new that decent will just steal players away at this point.
