The Quarry is an absolute blast for horror fans who love story-driven games with a cinematic feel. It nails the summer camp slasher vibe with great characters, creepy moments, and tons of choices that actually change how things play out. The graphics are super impressive, and the voice acting really pulls you into the story. It’s like playing through your own scary movie with friends (or without). If you’re into interactive horror with lots of suspense and drama, this one’s a must-play!

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is easily one of the most unique turn-based RPGs I've ever played. The real-time mechanics seamlessly integrate into the combat, adding an exciting layer of depth and making each encounter feel fresh. The atmosphere is incredibly immersive, with a distinct vibe that sets it apart from other games in the genre. The story is well-written and keeps you hooked, while the voice acting brings the characters to life in a way that makes them feel truly memorable. With so much to explore and experience, this game offers a rich and rewarding journey.

The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy- really gives off strong Danganronpa vibes with its quirky characters and intense atmosphere, and the plot has that Zero Escape-style mystery and suspense. The gameplay’s a fun mix of grid-based strategy and story choices, and it's surprisingly long! I spent about 30 hours just finishing Route 0 (Prologue?). Plus, there are tons of different endings based on the decisions you make, so there’s a lot of replay value. If you like story-heavy games with some strategy and twists, this one’s a great pick.

By Azura, by Azura, by Azura! Oblivion Remastered is a nostalgic blast with a fresh coat of paint. The updated graphics make the lush forests and eerie dungeons feel alive again, while still keeping that classic charm. Combat and UI improvements smooth out some of the clunkiness, but it’s still delightfully old-school. It’s the perfect way to revisit Cyrodiil or experience it for the first time.

Detached: Non-VR Edition feels like a stripped-down version of what could have been a thrilling experience. The controls are clunky and unintuitive without VR, making navigation frustrating rather than immersive. The game’s core appeal is completely lost in this version. It ends up feeling more like a tech demo than a full-fledged game.

Hogwarts Legacy is a dream come true for Harry Potter fans, with stunning world-building and a super detailed Hogwarts. Combat looks cool but gets a bit repetitive over time, and the collectibles can feel like a chore. That said, just exploring the world is a blast, and modding support now adds even more fun. Performance can be spotty, but when it runs smooth, it’s magical.

A solid way to experience one of the most iconic entries in the Persona series. The updated visuals are cleaner (though still pretty basic compared to modern standards), and the QOL improvements like quick saving and difficulty options make it way more approachable. Getting to choose between the male and female protagonist is a cool touch too, especially since it changes social links and interactions. That said, the game still sticks to the visual novel-style exploration instead of full 3D roaming, which might feel a bit limited if you're coming from Persona 5.

A Return to Form
Why bother with a 2-hour long credit scene and a battle pass in a single-player game when you can experience the glorious chaos of Yasuke Simulator? This game brings you all the thrills of being a samurai... in a jank mess of a way. It's like the game forgot to finish itself, but hey, who needs polished gameplay when you can "blend into the shadows" of this unfinished mess. 10/10, would recommend if you want historically accurate gameplay

The game's optimization could use some work. Frame rate drops and occasional stuttering are present even on high-end systems. There are also crashes caused by Frame Generation. That said, the combat in MH Wilds is fantastic, it is very fluid, strategic, and incredibly satisfying, with a variety of weapons and monster interactions. Despite the optimization issues, MH Wilds is still a fantastic title and worth checking out.
