After playing for 71 hrs, beating all bosses, becoming the overlords of a server. I can adamantly recommend this game. Although, it is not without it's issues. Performance is the number one issue I noticed with V Rising. Admittedly, I am running on a little older hardware. GTX 1080 GPU, i7-7700 2.8Ghz, and 16 GB of ram. One key complaint that I have is that although my computer has the resources available it fails to utilize it, even running at high priority. Usually hold a steady 30-40fps around my castle area, keep in mind the castle has a lot going on and is somewhat degrading performance, it's usually better in the wild (40-50fps). It's very confusing why the game is refusing to use available resources. Even still, with this issue I have managed to complete the game as it stands, with a clan. I have enjoyed this game, even at the times of pure grind. Once you reach end game, it does however get slightly boring. The constant grind of searching for 100% scholars, etc. Besides that, raiding other players, but to the detriment of the server as servers do depopulate. Some more end game content would be my biggest suggestion. Even still, great game, you should get it.

This game puts a horrible taste in my mouth. After playing for 4 hours I can tell you already that the creators of this game don't know the definition of balance. If you expect to be able to have fun as a runner in this game, think again. If you aren't solo q'ing as a hunter this game is nearly impossible to win. Here are my top reasons as to why this game should NEVER be played.

1. Hunter can place infinite(basically) turrets.

2. The Hunter can both send players to the blood post and execute them there at the same time. (It would be much more balanced if they allowed the hunter to go to the blood post while making there be a limit by which the runner would die instead.

3. All of the arrows are near pointless. The only good arrows are the Heal arrow, Shield Arrow, Stun Arrow.

4. This game is at the set price of $30 I would rather pay for a piece of fresh steaming dog****. Maybe if this game was $5 it would be worth a buy, but anything more is disgraceful. If you think a game with a total of 2 modes is worth $30 you must have a mental issue.

In the end I would rather eat my own **** before buying this game at full price. I would only ever buy this game if it had a massive decrease in price and MASSIVE HEAPING increase in quality. DO NOT BUY.
