Oh my god, did I look forward to this game. Having played all the games in the past, once this was announced I felt like a kid again and immediately replayed the older ones.
Yes, the Monkey Island series is one of my all time favorites... I grew up on Curse of Monkey Island and it's easily in my top 5 - if not higher.

As many before me have already mentioned, the art style is one to get used to - as it was for me, - but I got used to it in no time; starting to love it more and more. The entire game (I think i'm about 50/60% through as of writing) is a perfect combination of fan service, witty throwbacks and building on top of the already amazing franchise (seeing a lot, if not all, the past side characters make their entrance in one way or another).

While I'm already trying to find all the easter eggs, additional conversations, as well as forcing Guybrush to drown himself - even though he can hold his breath for 10 whole minutes(!!! or something around that time ;)) - I'm sure i'll be replaying it many times in the future to find every trivia card, missed topics and what not.

This goes straight up my favorites list once again, and hell Ron & crew; you did an amazing job. Highly recommend!
