If you came for the next best Red Faction game, don't bother. You get tossed into a level by level style game, completely lacking in open world fun. The physics and environmental destruction are copy pasted from the original, but for some reason the graphics are much much worse than the previous. I really don't know how 70% of the reviews are positive. Maybe for the super-slashed price of $20 if you never played the original Red Faction.

In my early bits (11 hours to be exact) of experience so far with this game, and as a connoisseur of Mount and Blade Warband, I'd like to give my feedback. First of all, MASSIVE improvement from Mount and Blade Warband in terms of graphics and some neat little mechanics. I like where the siege system is going.
Now onto the issues: I've encountered a few bugs: There is a blue colored plane (like a flat 1 dimensional surface not an airplane) when you spawn into the town center of Onira.
In a battle, my character turned to a bunch of black pixels as well as every other character on the battlefield. There was also a dialogue issue when I went to greet a person for the first time (It stated they were a famous person, and some other gibberish)
Another bug was: I tried to talk to a guild master kind of guy in a large city shortly after the kingdom I'm a part of sieged and took it. The Guild master guy refused to give me a quest anyway stating that he was part of a different realm and our realms were at war, even though we took the city already.
So, overall in terms of bugs, nothing too crazy. The game is playable... so in my book it's good enough.
Now, some things I'd like to see.
I am currently in a siege as I'm typing this up. I'm staring at 6 caravans running back and forth, towards our siege and away from it over and over just like in Warband. I'd like to see some more intelligent map AI if possible. I'd hope to see those caravans run away for shelter at a nearby town or to a city, or find a different route to their destination, if possible. I'm sure that's no easy task however.
The other thing I'd like to see is a loading status bar on the loading screen like you had in Warband and (I think) Fire and Sword.
I wouldn't mind an ability (if not change everything on my character) to at least change the face paint, maybe hair style and beard, etc, and maybe be able to change my name.
Overall, I'd give this game an 8/10 as it stands today. Kinda disappointed to wait 6 years and end up with a midway beta, but I'm glad to be able to play it regardless. And I am happy to see daily updates and patches, so Good on you guys for that.

For anyone looking to buy this game: It's definitely a work in progress. The developers really seem to be pursuing bug fixes and improvements and are really trying to progress the game through its current early beta. What drew me to this game is its similarity to Mount and Blade. The best way I can describe it is Mount and Blade with guns. I am eager to see where the developers take this game.
To the developers (if you happen to see this): I'm sure you hear plenty of negative comments, so I'll start with a compliment. I have been hoping someone would do this. I tried the Star Wars mod for Mount and Blade and thought 'I wonder what it would be like with modern day weapons' The gun mechanics with Mount and Blade were awful to me at the time, and I think you have perfected the foundation for them with this game. Now onto the constructive criticism I suppose. My first few issues really aren't too off the walls. In English, some things don't grammatically make sense. I went to a town to get a job and they said something along the lines of "We need 20 units of Shovel." As a grammar fanatic, this drove me insane, but it isnt a massive detriment to the game. I knew what it meant, it was just a bit annoying to read. The current state of battles is a bit awful (Obviously coming in spoiled from Mount and Blade) The graphics with the guns are awesome, but the atmosphere and nature is pretty gross. (Please keep in mind, I do understand that this is a work in progress and I'm not hating on you with the progress you have so far. Im actually quite pleased) I did read from some older reviews that you removed a button to speed up the campaign map. I hope you would bring that back, because frankly I'm too impatient to sit there while my fat, slow character worms his way across the map slower than a snail with asthma.

Although it's getting old, I'm still very hooked to the free world, lead-your-own-army style of this game. Much recommended, although I would be careful. Sometimes the game doesnt like to start up anymore. The developers are pretty good about patching it however.

Quit adding stuff just to add stuff and changing stuff just because. Maybe if you actually listened to your community, people would enjoy this game.

This game has gotten a lot of hate for its historical inaccuracy, and I definetely agree. What really pissed me off about it was the claim that WW2 was the most deadly conflict in human history, which is an utter lie. Pick any one of China's civil wars and it would viciously outshadow WW2 by over 5 times. But anyway, the historical accuracy isn't what I should talk about, since it's mainly been addressed by others. I'll start off by saying that there was obviously a push to make Hitler and the Nazis seem like the worst people to ever walk the planet. I like the touch in the second chapter of the main character defending the dead Nazi soldiers, telling his friends to not insult the dead. It may be "politically incorrect", but Id be interested in following a German soldier during WW2 (obviously not one who wanted to "purify the German race",) but one who was pressured by his family to enlist or just felt patriotic. I must compliment Sledgehammer Games with their beginning cinematic. I could feel the guts and sacrifice of young American (and British) men to go and enlist. I wish we still had that fire in us today. I've rambled enough, so I'll sum up my statement.
Historical Accuracy: 2/10
Video Quality: 10/10
Storyline: 7/10
Cant say anything about Multiplayer, havent tried it (besides the beta which i didnt care for.)
Worth it? If you're interested in a good storyline, eh I'd recommend it sure, if you really care for historical accuracy, then meh. I personally like it, but I feel it was a bit rushed, (I know there is some media intervention, kind of pisses me off, though I do understand some of their concerns)

I haven't played this game long, but I felt like I needed to say something about it so far. When playing it, I feel like a total badass. The only killer is the squad. I don't see why they ALWAYS have to follow me around. They're useful on convoy raids, but a pain when you're trying to stealthily clear a place solo. (They tend to not listen to the halt command) I'd like to idk, choose when they tag along. They're like that one sweaty guy that follows you around and doesn't get the most obvious hint to GO AWAY.

CS:GO Review
(As everyone knows) This is Valve's cash cow, but they're really not feeding the cow with anything. The game itself has become extraordinarily boring due to dealing with hackers, toxicity, general repetitivity, etc , and the only thing that kept me remotely interested was bragging about my skins and rank. I soon lost interest in skins and they wacked the rank system (as everyone knows), to where you can't move at all. I have fun screwing around from time to time doing 1v1's but overall this game is not fun.
Advice for Valve: Don't tax the marketplace like Bernie Sanders would tax America. Y'all would make even more money. Everyone is outsourcing, bc of it. Let the game die, you're beating a sick and dying horse. Let it die peacefully. Come up with something else. I do appreciate you doing something with TF2 for once tho. :3
I don't recommend.

FIrst off, this is my first Car Mechanic Sim. I bought it after the devs cleaned the game up. I've learned a lot about cars from this. Before this game, I probably couldn't tell you what brake pads were. Very fun and visually stunning. I dont know if it's a newer thing that was added, but the test track is unremarkable. Its kinda like youre driving on butter and have no brakes whatsoever. I would like to see that improved, and (IK this isn't so much the point of the game, but if you're adding a test track) why not add a feature where you can race your car.

Alpha 15.2 is where it's at; all of the good stuff about this game. I didn't mind the hype of electricity, traps and gadgets that were supposedly upcoming while I was playing this, though I never stuck around to see any of that be implemented (if it ever was) I would avoid the most recent updates. There's some positives, like the stamina bar recharges faster, and some things like hunger affect the stamina and health, but some other things just really mess with this game. You can no longer loot zombies (which I thought was the lifeblood of this fricken game). Just that alone made me want to uninstall the game and never touch it again. When you can't loot zombies for armor and guns, food, etc., the whole point of the game is gone. The devs never seemed to care enough to update the graphics or anything. It looks like something made in the early 2000's. Games like Rust for instance are so beyond such an odd game like this. Rust has electricity, damn good graphics, great animations, ACTIVE DEVS WHO UPDATE THEIR GAME, etc. Everything in this game seems to be lacking. I guess it was one of those projects that flew together one day back when the zombie open-world survival type games were the popular thing at the time, and with the decline of interest, the devs must have lost interest as well. They still "update" the game, but it seems to me like they are merely reverting the game back to a primitive, Shouldn't be on the market yet type of state. Because of the basics being so royally scrambled, I haven't even the interest to check out the cool-sounding vehicles they've added, and some other aesthetics. I recommend 15.2 Alpha, but not the current version of this game. Another sign is that the game has been in "Alpha phase" for over 6 years now. Hope this is helpful
