Trash unoptimised FPS multiplayer games? Oh well then you are screwed.

As of Escalation of Freedom, I cannot in goof faith, recommend this game anymore.

The direction the game is going in, the mentality of the developers and the community response as a whole is just disappointing.

Nearly every single gun and stratagem in this game is underwhelming. Everytime they release a new stratagem or gun it comes out as underwhelming. An example is The "Anti Tank Mines", mines that are supposed to kill tank class enemies cant even kill a charger properly. It takes 80% of the minefield to kill just one with a cooldown of roughly 90 seconds. They get triggered by small enemies which is not what an anti tank mine is.

Most of the weapons in this game are underpowered and underwhelming, only a few excel promoting a "meta". The developer's response to this is to nerf anything with decent damage potential, make every gun subpar, boring and borderline useless on higher difficulties. The developers decided to make the higher difficulties "harder" by spamming tank class enemies like chargers non stop. Every patrol has a charger, each bug breach spawns 6 chargers, 2 bile titans and a ♥♥♥♥ ton of chaff in the span of 20 seconds. This promotes everyone to take anti-tank stratagems all the time, reducing diversity in builds and makes the replayability boring.

I cant experiment with different builds on higher difficulties because I NEED to bring a specific stratagem every time.

In response to the new upcoming flame themed warbond, the developers have decided to nerf all flamethrower types. Why should anyone be excited for a warbond if they already nerfed it instead of bring all other weapons up to the level of everything else?

These developers nerf any gun that has a high pickrate as if its a FPS PVP multiplayer game for the sake of it. Some even said they arent quite sure why they nerfed some guns, showing they are clueless on most things.

The game is infested with bugs, glitches, crashes. freezes, poor performance, poor netcode and matchmaking. There are too many to name. Ive crashed 5 times in missions as of this patch.

I have already gotten the value out of this game by at least 100 hours but I kept playing despite everyone else leaving due to the gameplay and replayability. That all changes now. I have no desire to play this game anymore due to the lack of care the developer has for this game.

Best £3.50 ever for software. So great in fact that even M313HAN bought it.

For anyone that's more than a casual gamer, this game will rot your brain inside out. Have a KD of over 2? Bye bye SBMM, hello bald sweaty wraith heirloom 4k 20 bomb pred master players every damn game. Content is very dry and drip fed every season. Bugs that never get fixed or return after they have been "fixed". Countless lazy recolours and that's basically it. It is EA after all so don't expect much.
