super mediocre game. okay gameplay and an okay story, mostly on the mediocre side. whoever wrote this is either really into butts or really into satire or trying to make serious moments non-serious, that's all it is.

this is a single player game with a battle pass, by the way. it was 50% off when I started playing so I got one for free, the items are mediocre in all of them too and they take a lot of time to not even get to 10%.

story was about 10 hours, as soon as you complete the main story there's nothing but mission replays or these trial-like missions that they added over the span of an year.

some weapons feel good to play with, but the game doesn't really differ between characters, I haven't gotten any DLC characters and don't plan to.

only got it because they added offline mode after an year and because it was 3€. it's mediocre.

Started playing this game on the very first day. It was a great experience and at the time the best BR available.
I played over 300 hours on PS4 and spent a few euros on it as well, only for it to become completely worthless on the game's 1st anniversary event.

I literally could not play the game, it wouldn't let me as it gave me an error. I asked support and they told me to wait and wouldn't you know it, I could play the game AFTER the event ended, I had to wait a whole MONTH just so they could fix whatever happened.

But I didn't care anymore, they didn't care about me, so the feeling of wasting my time AND money was already there.

So it turns out this time the game actually sucks now? I bought their dumb lifeline and bloodhound editions when they were brand new and it turns out nowadays they were for nothing?

Do not play this game, this game is nothing.

This collection is a masterpiece, as it contains 2 of the greatest games ever made, I'm dead serious.

They finally got these games on PC and I must say they did an OK job with it...

Kingdom Hearts 1 is a masterpiece. Everything about it is beautiful and the fact that it came out on PS2 back in 2001 speaks wonders about its quality. The amount of content present in a game like this is actually amazing, and the game offers great challenges and various things to do post game.

Kingdom Hearts 2 is the MASTER'S PIECE, BABYYYYY! Combat is improved tenfold, Mickey mentions the door to darkness AND there's Chicken Little? Another great game, these 2 games alone make up for the whole collection.

The other games are there. If you actually get into Chain of Memories, it'll be very weird the first time you play it but when you get the hang of it it's actually really fun and you get to use your brain! It's very repetitive though. memories on the memory of the memory. the memory memories under the memory of the memory. also sora has alzheimer and gets put to sleep under Namine in order to form Roxas . The game was better on the GBA

Birth by Sleep is also here. It's a PSP game so to make up for that you get to finish the game 3 times! It has a lot of moments that just make you think "Why am I playing this". Ventus and Terra are fun to play, Aqua is just boring, I didn't even bother finishing the game as her.

The collection itself has a lot of technical issues unfortunately. All games managed to crash at least once, making me lose a lot of play time for no reason.
And the textures, they did a really bad job upscaling these textures. I don't remember thinking about them at all on PS4, some of the textures on this version just look like oatmeal. They also bloat up the game's size, coming up to about 60gb on Steam deck and even more on Windows.

With all that said, this is an amazing collection, I don't know if grown adults can get into these games if they never played them as kids, but I got a LOT of time from these classics.

There's something about this game that intrigued me. So I tried and tried again to try and play it and enjoy it. At first I thought it was my computer or that I was just bored of these games, but then I figured out it's the game that sucks!

Multiplayer is such a weird experience, might as well say it's an arena shooter from the 00's. Extremely fast paced and a VERY fast time to kill, which basically means this is NOT call of duty. There's a lot of MP maps and the different play styles like blitz and tactical are very good ideas.

Let's just ignore zombies. This game was 70€ on release by the way, now they're trying to push these up to 80 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EUROS.

So ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tragic that so many interesting gameplay elements are behind some of the worst first person gameplay on steam. Terrible animations, boring gameplay with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ feedback, player has too much health or barely any, weapons are too expensive are characters are essentially worthless.

Could you guess what that other zombie game is that's actually good is and is usually a lot more cheaper than this deplorable shovelware?

This game is such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slog to play through on new game with the AI companion. They are so useless and you're essentially babysitting an idiot.

I enjoy the start of the game, with a holdout scene that reminds you that this is a sequel to Resident Evil 4, but there are so many ridiculous and flatout stupid moments in this game that... Is this serious? How am I supposed to view this game?

Oh yeah, the game became good with an actual human as your partner and after you beat the game, unlocking a genuinely huge plethora of content. Something I miss is when games gave you more ways to play AFTER you complete the main dish, but only if said dish is actually good too.

Unironically an amazing game.
Gameplay is great and frantic, with a great weapon variety. Not only that but the system around "adventure" provides a very fun loop, and you actually feel like you're advancing and making progress.

Customization is okay, I like a lot of the costumes and the fact you can get them all simply by playing and buying them makes it for a fun system.

Story is just very meh. Voice acting could be better, feels like something from the 2000s, but if that's what the devs intended then they're forgiven.

But with all that the game for some reason never really had many players. In my opinion, this game never had any proper advertising and the box art is horrendous. That ♥♥♥♥♥♥ robot logo with the awful ugly text? Looks like shovelware.

And it turns out, I actually had this game on playstation via PS Plus, but I never bothered downloading it because it had that ugly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ art! I literally found out about this game via steam's discovery list while on a sale!

Don't know how old this game actually is, but I'll simply say that it's very fun and for the price it's actually worth it. Provides as much content as other shooter rogue-lites with a fun art-style.

Oh yeah and the music is also just mediocre. Could just be my bad taste for dubstep.

You're not losing anything if you don't play this game. It's so tragically mediocre.

The story at the start promises a good setup, along with some of the choices actually somewhat changing how the story plays out. But said story just goes on and on and on, it gets so boring and most characters don't help, they're all so cookie cutter generic I can't feel anything towards them.

Combat is stricly melee and while it was the strong suit of the series, it also offered other ways to defend yourself, like guns. Where are those? They give a lame excuse in the story and they think that's it?

Dying light 1 had great variety in mobility, gameplay and story and that's what made it a great game. This game just tried to follow that instead of being a sequel.

Edit: Finished the game since this review, got the Aiden all alone while the city still exists ending and by then the game unfortuntately had a LOT of bugs that actually impacted gameplay, it was annoying. And the ending was half good and half rushed, with some of my decisions apparently being outright ignored. I really hate this new gear score thing that goes up to 9, the simple systems of the first game were much more straightforward. Not only that but after getting overpowered because of the free bundles, after finishing the game, there really wasn't much to do besides NG+, the new survivor missions and being a completionist. I did have some fun with the game, but in this situation unfortunately the negatives outlive the positives.

Literal scam, more of the same. Matches just are not fun, and the campaign is the worst that I've experienced in any call of duty. You can get the same gameplay for free from warzone resurgence, which is actually a fun experience not locked behind 70€. I don't give a singular ♥♥♥♥ about zombies because I keep getting logged out, remember when you could play whenever you wanted without internet?

Awful slop, I hate it.

This game is such a wasted oppurtunity from the start.

The campaign, unlike Borderlands 3, is good. Characters are fun, some jokes actually land and it doesn't stretch out in some places more than others. The length of the main story is actually good, along with the side missions which are so big they sometimes feel like DLC.

If only there was a way to replay them with the same character after you finish them... You cannot, it's literally the biggest flaw for this game, there's no such thing as a "true" mode unlike each and every single other game from the same developers. I don't care that this is WONDERlands and not BORDERlands, the games are the exact same.

And I can't grasp why would they force chaos levels and the chaos dungeon down people's throats like they did. It's fun the first 10 times you do it, now imagine doing it another 90 times just to get a different version of the same legendary that does more damage, kind of like annoints stuck behind a tedious grind.

For me, the reason it feels so repetitive is not only because it is but the way they do it. In other games of the series any sort of raid or whatever you wanna call it have their own location and you can do all of them at your own will. Here, you're forced to do these random stupid tiny rooms until you kill a set number of enemies.

Legendaries are also very meh in this game. I feel like there's an incredibly small amount of them, either that or the loot is very repetitive, either way farming also gets very tedious.

I dumped 20 hours on this game in the epic version at release, with all PLC (NOT DLC!!!!!!!), and I couldn't even bother to play the last one when it launched because they were practically the biggest scam I've ever seen in gaming. They knew people thought this game would have some sort of PLC (NOT DLC!!!!!!!) similar in structure and LENGTH to other games, so they made MORE CHAOS DUNGEONS that last 10 minutes and have a mediocre boss at the end with mediocre loot. Though I'll admit the last 2 bosses are actually fun and different.

I just can't play this game as much as the others and I think that says a lot about their quality. For example:

Borderlands 1 - About 50 hours on PS3, Switch, PS4 and PC
Borderlands 2 - 400 hours on PS4 and PC
Borderlands 3 - 300 hours on PS4, 150 on PC

They knew what this game was, and they threw it out anyway just to get a quick buck.

I even tried adding mods to improve the experience and it kind of did, saying a lot about the main game.

Wonderlands redux not only adds several Quality-of-Life things to the game, it also adds new legendaries, ways to farm and PEARLS!!! (and also recently contraband, whatever that is).

Even then, the game fell short, and I got bored within 20 hours.

At this point if a Borderlands 4 is ever going to come out, I'll just buy it when it's 20$ with all DLC.

This game is not worth it at all if you're a Borderlands fan.
If you play games once and then never again, then this is 100% a fun game to try for 10$, which was the price I paid when it was in a bundle at humble bundle.

Other than that, I hate it.
