With how little there is for the captain to do at any given point, it felt like there just wasnt enough to do between 2/5th of the crew most of the time-- and if there was nothing to blow up, over half of the crew was just sprinting around/jumping/drawing with laser marks or alt tabbed watching youtube

I mean I guess theres liars dice? But a dartboard or little shooting gallery would've fit better than a dice game from a 20 year old film that requires a youtube retrospective to learn. Plus it involves *not playing the 25$ game*

Game runs like ass
~15fps tops, dips to 4-8 randomly, occasionally hitches for a full second.
Dunno how this made it to steam honestly.

Early Access Review
1. You sense a presence unfamiliar to this place and time/You sense the animus of a vast mind
2. All temporal assassins have special privileges for their abilities like toast, cryokenesis, and force wall which allow them to use these abilities without the line-of-sight requirement, and cast them far beyond their ranges
3. assassin uses temporal fugue, creating 8 copies
4. 9 temporal vortices appear instantly ontop of you with zero ability to predict, react, or prepare
5. You are now either :
>teleported far far away, wasting hours of time
>instantly killed as the vortices collide on the same turn theyre created and deal 14000 damage

Bethesda balanced this like its a multiplayer game
Cheats are often required to progress dungeons or missed-flag scripted events
skeleton corpses will still kill you when walked on
bucket/basket on head ""exploit"" fixed, despite it being fun / funny

Stick to single-player for now, but definitely keep an eye on it.

Some things to improve :
-Add a way to save custom IP's / URLs of servers to favorites
-Differing playermodels (Completely not necessary in the slightest, it's just a nice thought)
-Less frustrating text chat / chat window, one that's static with options to disable text fade
-Considering the bugs and their effects listed below

The most glaring issue for now is the level generation.
Almost every seed we tried had only a single loop of hallways with only a few offshoot rooms, a single elevator to 939's area, and on the other side of that a dead end in either 372's chamber or a heavy containment door locked by 008. It was consistent enough that players in our group were able to predict rooms before opening the door leading to them.
Other seeds had progression halted by lack of relevant item spawns such as keycards or rooms that connect to different areas.

Some other bugs :
-Regularly, the surveillance room door would open on its own and spawn 049 in light containment without any prerequisites being met. Sometimes 049 would spawn in for no discernable reason, or noclip from HCZ into LCZ and torment players into quitting
-Dropped objects fall repeatedly from the air where they were dropped
-Dead players would enter a sort of spectator mode with no clear indicator that its spectator or intended
-939's pathing would regularly bug and get them stuck on world geometry
-173's door open noise playing several dozen times for a single door, making a deafening sound
-1162 frequently either doesn't return anything or, takes a lung/arm while player has items in inventory
-173 / 096 would frequently get trapped in staircases and basically becoming a non factor (until 173 teleports)
-079 spam closing the door that leaves spawn, softlocking players inside
-049 walking through walls in the same way 106 does
-106 spawning way out in the middle of nowhere outside the map and failing to reach a playable area
-173 flickering in and out of plain sight when reentering a room previously loaded, then vanishing entirely
-914 makes loud clanging noise when activated, but objects remained in INPUT and were not processed.

I dont claim to be any sort of game dev master but Ive played CB for a while and I feel like the official release either never had these issues or saw them solved; so Im eager to come back and change my recommendation when some or all of these have been worked on. I will add more to this as I find it, and remove bugs if they're patched out.

Early Access Review
Really bold decision by the devs to make the game this blurry and bloomy.

The only option for making the game look less ass are turning off the seemingly mandatory multiple blur options that actually zero people ever leave enabled, Vsync which is an okay option if you arent stingy for frames, and something called barrel distortion which has no tooltip and I feel like it only exists to further drop frames.

Theres a few maps with exactly one solution which feels a little bit like a copout, the fire warning feels like it rockets up sometimes but maybe thats the point
