I was molested when i was little,and I was a very angry teenager. My parents put me in a hospital to get help. My therapist,who was also a Southern Baptist minister,said 'it's okay to be angry..even Jesus got angry..it's how you use it that makes it a sin or not. You can hurt the person who hurt you,and it'll feel good,for a while. But you've just proven them right about everything they ever thought about you. If you truly want to overcome, live out your dreams,be the biggest success you can be.then you will have won.'. I'm was 15 then,and i'm now 38 and getting my degree in mental health counseling.I wish I could find that man and tell him what his words did for me.
