Capt. Carl Otis Winslow
          My name's Carlton and i'm a Police Officer for the Chicago Police Department.


I started out as a Police Sergeant, then got promoted to Lieutenant, and then Captain. I take my role as the bread-winner of the household very seriously.


I live with my lovely wife Ms. Harriette Winslow and my 3 kids: Eddie, Laura and Judy. They are the joy of my life.
I also have a godson by the name of Steve Urkel, i taught him many things like swimming, driving and how to ride a bicycle.

My favorite food is doughnuts, which some consider very stereotypical of policemen, but i eat 'em because i love some sugar.
