Developer needs to fix the amount of bugs and address balancing patches better.

We still have bugs since the first patch for the game which the developers have been aware of and are not fixed. New ones keep getting added with each patch and content releases as well. This is just frustrating, take your freaking time testing new content and hammer out the bugs.

As for the balancing patches?

Each balance patch is essentially just a "Hey this is the new meta weapons, enjoy" type of patch. Instead of making all the weapons be fun and useful they just rely on statistics of weapon usage and nerf the overused weapon and buff the unused weapons.

This is just an endless cycle of use the new meta weapons.
You can still use the nerfed weapons but they just don't feel as useful and are less fun, which is why people will use the new meta weapons and then the cycle repeats itself due to statistics of weapon usage.

This is not a PVP game, why do you need to balance the weapons so much?
Just make all of them powerful and fun to use and add more bugs/automatons to kill.
Personally, that is what I enjoy. Those big fights you can just shoot a powerful and fun weapon, mowing down lines of enemies, explosions happening all around you and your character shouting "Foooorrrrr suppppeeeeer earttthhhh".

Payday 2 fanboys mad cause now the game takes skill.
