Time spent in dialogue and unnecessary cutscenes is absolutely mindnumbing.
I cannot express in words, how absolute useless I find the FPS part of the game - It is mindblowingly boring..

Its Pay2Win - I you pay you can get the fun and useful skills.. If you dont pay up, then you're fooked whenever you meet a paying dude with a fooken huge-arse ship and skills the likes of which you'll never get to see..

Tonnes of fun - Feel like an evil mastermind and evolve your very own pandemic plague and have the world lay at your feet..

And then go back and wipe off snot from your kids nose..

I mean, its all good.. I didnt want the world to burn anyways.. :/

Ill let you wait for the mandatory 15 minutes of loading screens before you get access to the review..

Well, you also get access to a lacking interface, ONLY THEN TO GET ACCESS TO MORE LOADING TIME..
Singlehandedly the absolutely WORST UI experience I have ever had, the only thing I found funny - Was actually the achievement called "Long and winding road" unlocked at level 20, it takes AGES with the loading screens - They have NO idea how spot on that one is..

By far one of the best investments I've ever made.
Its fun, easy to get in to and easy to let go again.

The "replay ability" isnt great and the RNG is atrocious - Its either you get a item combo or minion combo within the first 4 rounds or you're absolutely R4PED late game.

So you'll know quite early on whether its gonna be a short or a long game.

THIS.. This is what I have been waiting for..!!!!

Finally we are blessed with a game where both the gameplay and the story sets a scene so captivvating that it sucks you so far into the game universe, keeping you in a firm lock - That one barely manages to go to the toilet when nature screams at you..

Mind you.. I only managed to do so, cause its a proper mess when you wet the gaming chair..

Well.. Almost 2000 hours in.. The below is still somewhat valid - The cheaters are still by far and large of asian decent. Although the "China number one" has been removed by disabling chat in the first minutes of gameplay.

"By far one of the most thrilling games I have ever played, the suspense is often close to killing me.

But the sheer amount of Chinese not speaking english yapping like rabid dogs in chat along with the cheaters - Just makes this game less than enjoyable.
Ive banked close to 400 hours in this game and its just becoming worse - If you EVER queue up on EU servers as a single person, 95% of the time you'll end up with "China number 1, China number 1" in the chat.

The Devs seems either oblivious to the massive amount of critque this issue gets, or they do not give a rats a**.
Dont get me wrong, its still a good game, as long as the cheater is on your team or killed early - Cause no one wants to be sniped by a AKM from a 4KM distance - Through walls and half a mountain.

The game engine still needs to be optimized and the anticheat system needs a massive overhaul before I can recommend it.
Oh yeah, and then the Devs need to keep the implementation promises made or stop making promises and announcements all together.

I absolutely LOVE the animation, the soundtrack, the gameplay and the feel I got from the game.

Well, that’d be the max 10 min of game play I would get before the game would go all blank on me.
The lack of 3440x1440 support for cutscenes seemed to make this game tilt a little..

Tested with 7 different drivers, re-installing my OS, ranging from latest and greatest in drivers to beta’s in order to rule out hardware, firmware and OS flaws.

I got a refund as I was unable to play it on my hardware.

I might revisit, hopefully most flaws has been fixed by then and I might even change my review.

Well, the game is much like a mixture of DoW 1 and DoW 2.
The gameplay is fluent, it looks more like the boardgame.. I am not too fond of the cover function..


Running the game on a Xeon 2695v3, a 1080TI and my Dell UP2715K.
Attempting to set the game in anything higher than 2560x1440 fails, it complains about the 10bit color settings.
This is super dissapointing.. But I do believe and hope it will be fixed..

Running it on my partners 4790K and Titan-X and her U2515h - And it runs fine.

Got it for free, so cant really complain - It is just a tad bit dissapointing that a 2017 AAA title fails on something that I would consider essential for High End machines.

Had I know the rendering would be soo poor and the diversity would be so.. Onesided.. I would have spent money on a Haircut instead..
