This is like the antithesis to Valley Peaks.

Great game and fun climbing but I think im more in the chill climbing group.

Played the demo. Played the game. Now Achievements are ready and im back for a third time.

The climbing is real fun in this one. Some "features" are quite annoying but probably in a good way. Good difficulty so everybody got something to explore.

Very memorable story with gameplay based on 30% small riddles, 20 % fighting and 50% cutscenes.

TL:DR: Fun Precision Platformer with some major flaws. Buy atm only if you really enjoy platforming. Has the tag Family Friendly, yet its not a walk in the park platformer.

Just adding signs for the way would change this review to positive.


+Responsive movement with a very creative and (for me) novel way of moving, the broom. Flying through the air, jumping from one wall to another is fun and very satisfying.
+ Sweet artstyle + no performance issues

+/- the game is short, and so is the story
+/- the broom fly button is B while the jump button is A. There is no double jump. Why not put both on A? Could make for worse gameplay and as i dont know its not a -, yet mby it could be an easy improvement to the gameplay flow.
+/- at least emotionally i wasnt able to finish the game because the last cutscene triggered without me touching the ground and then because of that I fell down and wouldve had to redo a part, but well, cutscene, end.

- no tutorial messages how mechanics work make a few things which could be understood in
a few seconds take way too long
- Level design is majorly flawed at a few points
- for one the game is way too short
- difficulty goes from 0 to 100, why not add a few easier levels before ramping up difficulty?
The movement is really enjoyable and would carry. The Crow/ Raven double jump was only
used a few times f.e., wheres more of that?
- The thunder clouds are basically the electro smog but invisible, kinda cute but unnecessary
in practice
- Setting Checkpoints by yourself is kinda cool, yet a few self activating checkpoints would be
great, in case one forgets to set their checkpoint, or accidentally resets the checkpoint after
falling as the checkpoint button is right next to the jump
button without being rebindable.
- Navigating the map was terrible for me. Way too much time spent jumping at walls because
some are physical, some arent, and questioning my own pathing in general a few times
even though I was trying to go the right way. The game
would massively profit from signs with arrows.

This ones a road trip worth going on.

Free crossover with Children of morta, cant go wrong with that.
