This game is phenomenal. I played the entire game blind while trying to get every boss cleared, including hidden ones. The difficulty wasn't too hard but was not too easy either, good to stay on your toes for a select few bosses. The visuals and music were absolutely next level. Already wish I could replay it as if I knew nothing again.

This game has insane potential. Illusia doesn't exist.

Honestly the most tense horror game i've played in years

First and foremost, ignore the people who quite literally bought the game just to refund it within two hours. Walking into this game with a time crunch is not how it's meant to be played, and has an obvious bias against it from the get-go.

The game is great co-op, and stealth is very doable. The first "expedition" mission that a lot of people are complaining about took me and a friend about 2 hours to complete trying over and over because we learned more about it each run. The zombies and the alerts are very punishing but add to the experience. There's an actual challenge to having so many zombies constantly flooding into the level, and you have to think about how you approach the enemies or take them out. It's a zombie game where it's not braindead hack n slash, but using your head and taking actions strategically to avoid getting overrun with zombies. If anything, Overkill actually hit the mark on this game with how zombie games should be, with the real threat of zombies in groups instead of special/super zombies.
