Requested a refund. Due to the always-online features requiring servers to be working (which they're not), with no offline single-player options, it is literally unplayable.
I had such high hopes for this game after loving Payday 2, but this failure of a launch has destroyed my faith in this developer.
I will reconsider if they've got this mess sorted out in a couple months, but until then this flaming car crash doesn't deserve a dime.

Easily my favorite JRPG of the last year.
+Good port.
+Amazing style, design and overall A E S T H E T IC S
+Inescapably catchy soundtrack.
+Significant improvements to gameplay and time management from the original version.
-The "Royal" edition story additions are a little ham-handed at first; the new character literally drops in on the beginning like "HI I'M HERE WITH NEW STUFF YOU DON'T KNOW ME YET BUT YOU WILL OR MAYBE NOT BYEEEE."
-You can't pet the cat car anymore, even if you're using a PS4 controller with the touchpad.
9/10

To keep it short:
It's like a better version of "Don't Starve" combined with the dungeon aspects of "Moonlighter."
Also one of the few games that plays well with the Steam controller, if you still have one.

I intend to find these people on Twitter and hold them personally accountable.

Got this as part of a video editing bundle, and it's been incredibly useful. The game and screen capture applications are a breeze (once I figured out how to remove the benchmarking/FPS box at the top), and it hasn't caused any problems or slowdowns when gaming. Haven't used it for streaming yet so I can't speak to its efficacy there. Being able to watch a clip in the program immediately after recording it makes it easier for organizing files for later use. The only thing I wish it had was a way to trim the beginning and end of files so I wouldn't have to get it in a video editing program first. Overall definitely recommend this.

Similar to the first with only slightly better graphics, but more gameplay options and quality-of-life improvements. If you enjoyed the original, jankiness and all, you'll enjoy this one.

It's like a mashup of FTL and System Shock: navigate wrecked ships for supplies while dodging mutants, pirates and other nastiness.
If you die, you lose all the food, fuel and ammo you collect, but you get a new random inmate (read: "Client"), and you keep anything your last character crafted.
Sound design is great, the difficulty ramps up slowly enough to let you get your bearings and establish strategies before it gets hard, and it's all wrapped up in a ribbon of pitch-black British humor.
Also it has Kevan Brighting as a voice (the narrator of The Stanley Parable); that alone should be enough to pick this up. :-P

This game only takes about an hour to complete, if you're not reading every note and journal, but it's a nice experience (though a bit costly at $20). It starts like a horror game: an empty house in the middle of a thunderstorm, trying to piece together where your family is, but it turns into a bittersweet love story. Not quite what I was expecting. If you can pick it up on sale for $5 or $10 and like a nice exploration story, give this a try. Don't expect much replay value though.

Deceptively simple but dark and complex. The gameplay itself is a little tedious but rewarding, with interesting plot twists and genuine moments where you have to make some tough decisions with a simple "yes" or "no" stamp.

A great isometric hack-and-slash platformer in its own right, but what makes it brilliant is the art design and the story with the omni-present narrator. At least try the demo, and you'll be hooked for sure.
