I've only played 2 hours as of this review and I can say this is *the* killer app of VR. It's a AAA title through-and-through and makes very good use of motion controls and is overwhemingly immersive. The sound-design is on point. The visuals are amazing, the gameplay is great and it seems like the plot's gonna be pretty great as well. It's also arguably the very best Half-Life title to date and likely the best VR game hands-down.

It's well worth the purchase price, and I can't wait to go back in over the next few days to complete it. Then shortly after, jump into the level editor and start making some of my own campaigns. If you're a Source 1 dev, you'll likely love the new tools. If you've used the DotA 2 or SteamVR SDK's it's basically the same as those (concave geometry, woo.)

If you own a VR headset you owe it to yourself to purchase this game. If you're a fan of Half-Life, save up a few bucks, get a WMR headset if you have to, and get this game. It's that good.
