It’s clunky, magical, chaotic perfection—just how I remember it, only shinier. Cyrodiil never looked so good. This is everything I wanted in a remaster what happened BETHESDA?? You were suppose to royally screw this up! I hope I don't end up eating my own review here but after only an hour of playing i'm convinced this is going to be everything I wanted it to be and more. The 60 Price Tag – Yeah... it's steep. This would’ve hit sweeter at $40, especially for longtime fans. It’s a remaster, not a full remake. Everything appears to be here that I loved: the vibrant cities, bizarre NPC interactions, hilarious dialogue, and the freedom to do anything. It’s the same chaotic charm that made the original so iconic, now updated for modern systems. “It’s like 2006 all over again—only this time, my PC doesn’t catch fire when I open the inventory.”

Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader

This game was an absolutely phenomenal experience. I can confidently say that Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is one of the best CRPGs I’ve played in years, it's a narrative-driven Warhammer game with lots of choices that actually matter!!!

You begin your journey as a newly appointed Rogue Trader, inheriting a Warrant of Trade and an enormous voidship—basically, you're a sanctioned space pirate-noble with nearly unchecked authority. From there, the story unfolds across the Koronus Expanse, filled with political intrigue, xenos threats, daemonic corruption, and everything in between.

The main plot weaves together classic 40k themes—corruption, loyalty, sacrifice, and power—with your choices having serious weight. You’ll build alliances or crush them, decide the fate of entire worlds, and mold your dynasty into a force of hope or utter ruin. Every companion has depth, and their arcs are as rich as the setting. Some moments had me genuinely pausing to consider the consequences...

Pros:

Deep, reactive storytelling with multiple meaningful endings

Fantastic companion writing and voice acting - for the most part i'd say 40% of companion interactions are voiced.

Layered, tactical turn-based combat with loads of customization.

Gritty, atmospheric visuals straight out of a 40k novel

Music and sound design are chef's kiss

Regular updates and strong post-launch support

Cons:

Occasional bugs (though nothing game-breaking in my experience)

Can be a bit overwhelming at first if you’re new to 40k or CRPGs

In short,

Whether you're a die-hard Warhammer fan or just someone who loves deep RPGs with actual roleplaying, this is a must-play. Owlcat has knocked it out of the park. Rogue Trader doesn’t just give you a power fantasy—it makes you feel the weight of that power.

STAR WARS: Episode I: Jedi Power Battles

This game can be very frustrating at times especially if you want to be a perfectionist. The combat can be repetitive at times smashing your favorite combo over and over again. However, it's still a wonderful game no where near as hard as I remember it being 24 years ago. It was a blast from the past and a great way to spend a free weekend. I did have a rough time getting it to work though but by messing with the NVIDIA Control Panel 3D settings I finally found a working combination to fix my issue.

If you have the same issue as I did with the game moving slowly making it unplayable, try these settings.

Here are the settings that worked for me.

When games had truly great dialogue.

Elder God: I know you, Raziel. You are worthy.

Raziel: What madness is this? What pitiful form is this that have come to inhabit? Death would be a release next to this travesty!

Elder God: You did not survive the abyss, Raziel. I have only spared you from total dissolution.

Raziel: I would choose oblivion over this existence!

Elder God: The choice is not yours.

Raziel: I am destroyed!

Elder God: YOU ARE REBORN! The birth of one of Kain's abominations traps the essence of life. It is this soul that animates the corpse you *lived* in. And that, Raziel, is the demise of Nosgoth. There is no balance. The souls of the dead remain trapped. I cannot spin them in the wheel of fate. They cannot complete their destinies.

Elder God: Redeem yourself. Or, if you prefer, avenge yourself. Settle your dispute with Kain. Destroy him and your brethren. Free their souls, and let the wheel of fate churn again. Use your hatred to reave their souls. I can make it possible. Become my "soul reaver"- my angel of death.

New things added to this game include new playable races - these have very little effect on the overall game play - new pets also very little effect as your pet just get put into fleeing status endlessly after level 10 of the dungeon. And finally, Chamber of Trials dungeon which is just another area now with limits that block you from progressing unless you meet certain requirements. Overall, I can't say I was the biggest fan of this title because it felt too rehashed. I don't like it when developers just reuse previous assets from the last title and call it a new game. I still had lots of fun playing this though.

Below is my review for the previous title as this title is just the first two games rolled into a much larger game.

I'll highlight what I believe is the biggest and really only change to the game which is that Hardcore Mode was added for this title and it's one hell of a challenge. This games hardcore mode made me want to cry at times it does not hold the players hand. Even using all the exploits I could manage, I still found myself just blasting past mobs because if I stopped for even a second I would die. That's what happens when you are on level 5 of the dungeon with a level 10 hero and the monsters are level 50+ it's nuts! By the time I made it to the endgame boss on level 30 of the main dungeon. I was running away from level 200+ super legendary mobs. My main was a simple machine gun archer that used knock back gems to stun lock monsters over a distance. If I had taken my time instead of speed running the game, I would have went with an unbeatable dual wield life leecher which is by far better but takes a lot of to set up.

Below is my Fate review since this game is just a clone of the first one it's the same review.

I love Dungeon Crawler RPG's this game came out the same year as one of my most favorite games called Dungeon Siege II which ended up winning RPG of the year 2005. This game is a very simple Dungeon Crawler that has many easy to use exploits that make the game super fun to pass the time playing. It's super easy barely an inconvenience turn your hero into a master mage, rapid fire archer - shooting off arrows as fast as a minigun - , or the a unbeatable dual wield superstar leeching life with every attack. The worst of these builds is the mage because of Cursed Swords which are magic immune so in the later stages of the game when your per becomes a thing that run flees around the screen from being one shot you have to run away from them.

I think what I love about this game the most is just that it's a simple no frills game that doesn't try to do anything other than be a Dungeon Crawler. Nowadays there are too many AAA games that are so packed full of things that they don't do any one thing really well and end up becoming super boring. Games like this one the player can return to time and time again and still have a blast.

This Game is just a better version of the previous three titles. The biggest changes include two new item slots earrings and cape other than that it's the same gameplay with a different story. You can hire mercs now but they are never needed with the proper build like this one https://youtu.be/8PNS9ao_L5c. I give it a solid 8/10 as far a dungeon crawlers go. It's a great game to play to pass some time.

I received this game as a gift from a friend. I'm really into space exploration and firmly believe that the future of the human race will be decided by which nation can harness the power of our sun/solar system first. As such this game is a perfect fit for me and I've always wanted to play it but felt intimidated by the amount of things I'd have to learn to start playing. Well, I was right to be intimidated, I finally decided to jump into this and well the tutorial for this game is horrible. I ended up watching a YouTuber Made Full Tutorial Montu Plays Stellaris 2024 Beginner's Guide - Ultimate Edition This video helped me so much i'm using it for reference as I slowly play through my first few missions. I'm highly enjoying learning about all the different races, empires, and different government types. I'm loving exploring the different star systems while managing my resources and relationships to turn my civilization into a galactic empire.
