Items are made untradeable so that they can only be sold through the community market.
The developer seems to only be concerned about his own profits.
On top of that Discord and Steam follow bonuses are completely untradeable.
What kind of collectors' game does this?

Boring, lacks explanation and poor performance.
The achievements give away how boring the game is.

First planet: (meaning they started the game)
97.0%
Planet AE-23-M
Successfully arrived Planet AE-23-M. Let's start a new thriving Settlement!

Second planet: (meaning they finished the first planet and wanted to keep playing)
19.2%
Planet GL-94-G
Successfully arrived Planet GL-94-G. Let's start a new thriving Settlement!

This 77,8% decrease, means that all those people have given up on the first planet already.

The planets after that steeply decrease too.
Only 8.7% finished Moon
Only 5,1% finished Planet TE-82-C
Only 3,3% finished Planet QV-45-M
Only 1,2% finished Planet HL-54-E

Naturally with every game this number goes down but this is very steep.

Now that I have about 200 buildings, the game freezes every time I place a new building. Very poorly optimized.

Incredibly slow and boring.
Full of explanation and tutorials, as the game is needlessly complicated and unintuitive.
The trailers on the store page made me believe it was somehow fun but it's slow paced and boring.

I paid €0,64 for this but that's already too much.
From now on I will be pressing 'ignore' on all these girly games as they always disappoint.

Ubisoft Montreal can't make Assassin's Creed games.
It seems like they want to be the Hollywood of gaming.

I don't want to play a movie; I want to play a fun and interesting video game.
Everything is cinematic in this game—the story and character dialogue—but even during fighting, you get quick-time event-like cutscenes that disturb gameplay.
These short cinematic scenes aren't the only annoying thing; the game is filled to the brim with loud, obnoxious sounds and other oversaturated game-feel type animations.
Assassin's Creed Revelations was infested with this absurd cinematic fantasy as well.

The story is impossible to follow because the characters beat around the bush and speak in American slang and sayings too much. This is not merely a linguistic problem but also a cultural problem. Only North Americans will be able to follow, understand, and enjoy this kind of dialogue. This indirect, try-hard class clown, overly emotional, and underhanded way of talking is very unsuitable for Vikings.

The menus, map, Raven's Eye ability, and Odin's eye all lack clarity.
And what is the point of so many difficulty settings if setting Exploration Difficulty to Adventurer and turning on (which means off for some reason) if unguided objectives still give vague objectives like "Find and talk to" missions and detective quests where I have to find the perpetrator?

Movement is extremely clunky and it really feels like it was made exclusively with consoles in mind. The biggest example of this is the inability to be able to swing your axe at a door lock or barrel because the game automatically forces your character to point to the nearest enemy as soon as you click.

The only merit was able to find is that the game is well optimised. It uses my GPU for 99% and all 12 CPU cores are working. Assassin's Creed Origins, which is two games ago but suffers from input lag and screen tearing with the same setup.

Hilariously bad dialogue and story, especially in episode 2.
Obligatory for 100% achievements.

I bought this game because it is one-of-a-kind and I want to support and motivate the developer.
But there is too many flaws to recommend this game.
Many questions are wrong, misleading or confusing.
So far I have encountered:

Noah had three sons before the flood Shem, Ham and Japeth.
This answer is correct according to the game.
Problem: They didn't die after the flood, so why does it say "before the flood"?

The flood lasted forty days on the earth
This answer is correct according to the game.
Problem: It is incorrect, the flood lasted 150 days.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Is the phrase exactly as described in Genesis 1:1?
This answer is incorrect according to the game.
Problem: This depends on the Bible translation that is used. There is no definitive answer to this as in every translation the "exact phrase" will be different

Adam and Eve ate the apple, and because of this, they were expelled from God's paradise.
This answer is incorrect according to the game
Problem: Why is it incorrect? Because it was a "fruit" instead of an apple? Well that's true, but some translations do use the word fruit, some translations use the word apple. Instead the game shows a Bible verse which suggests the eating of the fruit wasn't the problem, but eating of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and bad. What is the difference?

Moses was afraid to speak before the face of the Pharaoh because he was slow of speech and tongue
This answer is correct according to the game
Problem: Moses was certainly not afraid of the Pharaoh. He was afraid of not being good enough for God. But the question implies that Moses fears man more than he fears God.

Other requests:
Please think about replacing the roulette wheel with something that does not involve gambling. This is beyond ironic in a Christian game.
Include graphics settings for resolution, borderless, vsync on/off and frames per second.
Find a way to decrease repeated questions.
Almost all achievements have unmatched titles and descriptions, please fix that.

Positive feedback:
The price is good.
I see you have improved the thumbnail in the store
You added achievements with nice icons and goals
Both in-game currencies are non-purchasable.
New content is getting added.

Conclusion:
There are many more inconsistencies and wrong answers, these few examples are only from the first few minutes of gameplay.
It makes the game very annoying to play.
If the developer is willing to cooperate I can help you take out some of the mistakes.
I will change the review to "recommend" once most (not all) issues have been fixed.

Edit: Within 12 hours the developer replied, see below. Review is changed to recommended.

Please unremaster or reremaster this.
Even though I bought it on Steam, it was so unplayable that I had to play the original on my Ubisoft account.
The remastered version removed the possibility to skip the "Modern times" cut scenes so I ditched it after 20 minutes.

The original version was on Steam but it has been removed.
https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/steamstore/app/208480/Assassins_Creed_III/
Make that available and give a free copy to owners of the Remaster.

I got this in 2012 from a Humble Bundle, wondering how it could be so cheap!
448 DLC later I understand.

Overall useless software.
No real games come out of this.

The save data of both the newer and older Assassin's Creed games is saved in the cloud. But with this game you lose all progress if you change computers.
