I appreciate that they are listening to the community and trying to better the game. It is impossible to please everyone, but I believe the game is going in a good direction. Hopefully instead of balancing they address more concerning issues like more QOL updates like Inventory search, item filtering and other simple things like that. Great game!

All the updates and changes are mostly decided by the community with polls. This is how every mmo should be running their games to be successful.
