If by ‘bad matchmaking’ you are talking about Tick Rate, ping, and server allocation this is trash. CS servers still utilize 64-tick, While the VAC system could be perfected and made stricter, Valve purposely does this to allow cheaters to continuously purchase the game again. Smurfs are also quite annoying if they are joining to ruin the experience for others, and there really isn’t much to do against them.
