The game hardly even runs.

Seems they killed the game progress.

Doesn't scream beach properties, hardly even whispers it really.

This DLC, as it stands, appears to be purely done out of obligation so that it is delivered on paper.

Revision two: the game is getting better now. It has more content and it feels more reactive to what you do. I feel I am making bigger impacts.

Revision one: Thanks to the modding community there are less issues with the mechanics of the game and that is a wonderful step. So far I do like the modding platform as an end user, I do not make mods myself so there may be issues there.

Original text: I am saddened by the state of the game and after 214 hours of playing the game I felt like my time would be better severed going back to the first one until this is fixed.

It's a very sweet game and something I really needed at this time.

I really enjoy Hololive and the community is so good and full of surprises like this.

Got more hours in on the Steam version now and still having a good time, very excited for the next update.

This game is one of the best playing, best looking and best sounding games I have had the pleasure of playing.

The particle system used is super cool and satisfying, I wish this was used more often in games. I love the design of the world and the creatures too. There are certainly issues when looking really close at some textures but it is just so good.
All the colours used pop and it is easy to parse where to be looking due to how colours are used. Neon blue for example is normally a hostile or danger.
Having a HDR OLED TV goes a long way to helping there.
I will say that there is a surprising amount of aliased lines visible. I have a 3080Ti so can effectively run it at whatever settings I choose when it comes to that but it is a hurdle I cannot solve. This is really only an issue in more quiet times in the game though.

Audio is a massive strong point of this game. Good surround sound or headphones are taken full advantage of. You really, really feel like you are in this place. I cannot really explain it in a technical sense though other than saying it is sublime!

I am really enjoying the story too. It is given in an engaging manner and I am all for it.

GAMEPLAY!
It plays so well that I find it hard to even believe.
Mouse & keyboard or controller works very well and you can swap between them in game with no janky swap or something happening.
I have a DualSense controller and although I normally play these types of games with M/K I am really digging this. The two stage trigger for going from one fire mode to the next is neat and the haptics are just plain cool and add a good deal to this game for me.
It is a difficult game though at times but it can be overcome though not everyone will achieve this goal in a comparable manner so don't get down if "the best techniques" don't work well for you.

Please show support for this game! If you don't wish to buy it then interact some other way, talk to people, anything! I love it, the game is fantastic!

I find the game to be a lot of fun to go about aiming to get better and higher scores. There are a lot of secrets and unlocks which is really good too.

Lots of fun. The last section can be a bit hard for movement.

The game is fun to a point. I have an issue with the cost and having a "battle pass" added. It doesn't feel right.

Travelling between islands is far too tedious as well as travel inside areas. It leads to lots of backtracking.
Random encounters are far too frequent and there are too many trainers at certain points.
It is often very difficult to get lost in the world because of my motivation to go on.

I think the game looks decent and the leveling is grand too.
I have not had an issue with in game currency for potions.
Game loads fast and the online portion is very stable for me.
