Welp if you are into touhou it is ok game
but if you are looking for 3D anime fighting game
Better go play starward. it is free and f2p friendly there

EDITED : Hail the Emperor! They got rid of the heretic in their department

They finally listen to player feedback and revert bunch of stupid change to make the game "harder" in more annoy way
and bolters are finally buffed

Just buy either 2 or go play the f2p version

beside the review bomb trend
i just cant take it with how adjustment and glitch that keep happen every new update anymore
the dev clearly dont know how to properly adjustment in pve at all
keep nerfing the meta weapon to the ground meanwhile the buffing almost do nothing after the first patch

Don't get me wrong. The game itself is fun. I do enjoy while playing it
Personally I could rate it at much like 7/10 (7.5 if they could fix the optimizing)
big BUT it is not worth at 70$ price. imo it should be around more like 40-50$
ESPECIALLY for those who dont want to bother with exploration and sidequests

It is clearly half-baked game that somehow managed to have worse story than the first one
After enter second zone, the game is like the most letdown part

main story quest somehow become like generic filler quest
You could finish the main story part of the game in like 10 hour into the game
HOWEVER the sidequests are considered much better (even 50% of them is still feel like filler quest)
Exploration in the first area is well done
but second area is feels more like copy-paste due to lack of monster variety, only re-color hobgoblin,saurian and harpy everywhere
The monster scaling is like the main issue of this game, It looks like the dev team aware that some player would rush the main quest so they didnt make them feels challenging at all after you bought the gear from town in second zone area
The vocation skill is objective in here, Melee vocation skill are actually good design and fun to play
meanwhile ranger and sorc got ruined by the balancing within the vocation itself
Ranger normal skill got overshadowed by special arrow type skill
YES Sorc DO have like 3 OP skill.... but that is it. the rest of sorc skill is not strong nor even fun to use them at all

The another strong point beside exploration and the combat system is the pawn
Pawn in this one is feel more alive compare to the first one
sometime they could be a bit backseating but that is how they want to implement with the quest system that dont have much of the marker on the map

The last thing is the endgame zone
Ive heard a lot about this zone is a lot better for those who complain about monster variety and the difficulty
but perosnally for me
It is kind disaapointing. It is not feels challenge enough like the first one bcuz how the scaling work in this game(even without dlc)
and the ending is terrible

Also they do have the survey and mention about the DLC
So most of ppl can assume that they did planned about DLC before the game even launch
This feels like incomplete game until the DLC update

This game have potential
still need more work on balancing
