i was suspended from Off Topic because an orc whined to the mods that i called him an orc, so i can only answer you here about "russia rebuilt mariupol" BS

A. most of Mariupol is still in ruines and are just covered up by tall fences.
B. most of people that lived there fled and most people living there now came from russia
C. anyone who dares to talk against the russian occupation gets detained and brutalized, sometimes even killed.
