Would you like to practice rapid parkour on a mostly broken system? Now go play this game.

This seems like a far cry from the incredible first game. Even down to the pointlessly open regions and NPCs that are always yapping in your ear, it seems like an attempt to imitate high-budget games. This totally destroys the mood that the first game so expertly cultivated, and it's obvious that "more" is more essential than "better."
More adversaries, more tricks, more projectiles, but at most slight improvements to the poor hitboxes, poor enemy design, and omniscient enemy AI that makes the game more difficult to play than enjoyable. Additionally, there seems to be less fluidity in the movement.

Let's not even forget how they lied about something about the future of game

But to me, it really comes down to the reality that we won't have anything as basic as steady frame rate and ray tracing. In response to the game's issues, One More Level has gone "Lalalalala" and stuck their fingers in their ears. Their player base is of no importance to them; what matters to them is the money they made at launch. This is further demonstrated by DLC after DLC that barely modifies the game, and the constant barrage of unfavourable reviews for the follow-up to one of my favourite games.

To be really honest, I don't give a damn about Ghostrunner or One More Level anymore. Because of the way they handled this game, they have completely lost my respect, and I no longer have faith in them to update or improve their games before release. They stole the money after selling a flawed, incomplete product and passing it off as the final item. They just care about the money they can make off the hype, not the community or the state of their game.

Furthermore, to use the words of the Ghostrunner developers "a future optimisation patch would be beating a dead horse," WOW.
