Nice soundtrack, but the game itself is too resource intensive for my aging PC, even on lower graphics settings.
The wave-based survival mode is interesting, but quickly gets too chaotic, making it more of a strafe-wildy and hope you don't run into one of the lava pits mode, especially in the rather limited map.
I can't say this game gave the 90s shooter vibe the developers promised. Maybe their single player campaign, if they get crowdfunded and manage to deliver, will succeed better in giving me the oldskool FPS feel.

All in all, I'd rather play one of the actual oldskool shooters.

Quite addictive graphical roguelike. Wonderful game if you love large amounts of creatures being spawned at you in waves.
Various classes to choose from (though so far I've only played the Viking, for obvious reasons ;-))
Thusfar my favourite way to kill enemies is to lure them into traps, which not only hurt you, but also hurt the enemies. Nice 16-bit style graphics, nothing overly polished.
Soundbites at times are a bit childish ('stickman steve' for instance), but the humour kinda fits the rest of the game I guess.

Even if you get killed a lot, you'll still gradually get stronger, as your character's stats persist from session to session.
